Rebus iga sapi dan air hingga daging empuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan jahe, bawang putih, tomat dan garam&lt;br /&gt;3. Masak +/- 20menit hingga bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan mentega hingga mencair, biarkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur 8 butir telur dan 1/4 kg gula pasir. aduk dengan kecepatan sedang hingga tidak berbusa.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan mentega cair dalam adonan telur dan gula pasir, aduk hingga merata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Campurkan terigu hingga merata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan adonan dalam loyang yang telah diolesi mentega.&lt;br /&gt;6.
